In 1946 Bodo Krevet senior founded
the business F.T.B. Krevet. In the following years his two sons Bodo and Dieter
Krevet helped him setting up
the enterprise and advising customers.

Little by little the company established contacts
with the steel industry, the "Saarbergbau" mining industry,
and with numerous finishing plants. In the 1970s also the motorcar industry with its respective ancillery industries settled down in the area so that this branch too has been among the customers of the Krevet company.

In over five decades of the company's history tight relationships between
supplier and customers have bben developed. An enormous stock together
with competent advice and qualified customer service are the Krevet company's advantages.

Today the company management lies in the hands of Ulrich and Bodo Krevet junior,
the grandsons of the company founder Bodo Krevet senior, who are both academically
trained engineers with a specialization in welding engineering.They are assisted by
their father Bodo Krevet who after many years of experience still stands actively by
their side.
